The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a domestic area, near restaurants a short walk away, local bars, and the bakery. I got a reasonably large room with central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment.

Affable and good staff, had fine stay!!!
The location was good, easy to reach with alot of shops etc nearby! We had twin room with twin beds.

Free parking on site provided. What a very very helpful staff. Location adjacent to the city centre, shops, bars, restaurants a short walk away, and town and Cathedral;))

The hotel is well located with regard to the channel ports (about 40 minutes away), parking was easy, the cost was reasonable and Aire sur la Lys is an attractive small town.
We were unlucky in having a room where the air condition unit leaked. This disturbed us during the night even though we had been advised that the leak would stop in 20 minutes.

Hotel is well positioned in a quiet location and easy to find. Check-in was effecient and easy. Room was clean and tidy. Easy walk into town. Help-yourself breakfast with plenty of fruit too.
Air conditioner in our room was broken.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The photos did not do it justice.The staff were most helpful. They tried to facilitate our every request. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable, good bedlinen, the bathrooms were generously supplied with towels.

Very welcoming, nice clean room with large bathroom and a nice hot shower. Air conditioning with own controls in the room. Easy location to tour area from.

Breakfast was very poor for the price. The restaurant was not open for the time stated it was to be open. Drinks were very expensive. Would not stay here again.
